A large scale regeneration project of studios, offices, cafe, restaurants, own front door shop front units and fitness suites. Now home to over 70 businesses, Liverpool Road Studios is an inventive re-use of previously derelict retail space that acts as a positive example of how large empty spaces can be repurposed.
